Refund & Returns Policy

At Floravisha, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom jewelry
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discount

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Floravisha cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@floravisha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
